Dineko is a perfumer at IFF’s Neuilly site, outside Paris, working in fine fragrance. IFF promoted her to perfumer from within the house — the normal route for a perfumer who comes up through evaluation and the lab rather than arriving with a portfolio. Her stated area of expertise is natural raw materials. In practice that means she works from the materials up: not “I need a floral heart here” but “this absolute, at this concentration, behaves this way against that base”.
